Online Registration
Before you begin, please have the following information ready for each person you plan to register online:
- name and address
- phone numbers (home and mobile)
- email address
- birth date
- home congregation
- payment information
- group coordinator’s name if registering at a special group rate
Payment can be made by credit/debit card or electronic check in US currency. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
