Of the 193 United Nations States, the Stone-Campbell Movement exists in 174. This listing includes other nations and territories, numbering 194 countries where there is at least one representation of our churches.

Background

The Republic of Mauritius is an island nation in the Indian Ocean about 2,000 kilometres (1,200 mi) off the southeast coast of the African continent. The country includes the islands of Mauritius, Rodrigues), Agalega and the archipelago Saint Brandon.

Religion

Hinduism 49%, Christianity 32%, Islam 17%,  and Buddhism 0.4% .

Stone-Campbell Presence

In 1970 Russell H Dupont and Glenn Dupont and their families came from Churches of Christ to Mauritius. Today there are three congregations, including the Rose Hill church in Port Louis, with Sylvio Salomon as minister. The International Churches of Christ also have a congregation in Port Louis.
