Of the 193 United Nations States, the Stone-Campbell Movement exists in 174. This listing includes other nations and territories, numbering 195 countries where there is at least one representation of our churches.

Background

Senegal is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the west, Mauritania to the north, Mali to the east, and Guinea and Guinea-Bissau to the south; it almost completely surrounds Gambia., namely on the north, east and south, except for Gambia’s short Atlantic coastline. Dakar, the capital city of Senegal, is also its largest city.

Religion

Islam 94%, Christianity 5%.

Stone-Campbell Presence

Arnold Dzah, a native of Ghana has planted three Churches of Christ since the late 1960s.

Eglise du Christ de Dakar is associated with International Churches of Christ.
