Of the 193 United Nations States, the Stone-Campbell Movement exists in 174. This listing includes other nations and territories, numbering 195 countries where there is at least one representation of our churches.

The Swiss Confederation is a federal parliamentary republic consisting of 26 cantons, with Bern as the seat of the federal authorities. The country is bordered by Germany to the north, France to the west, Italy to the south, and Austria and Liechtenstein to the east. The establishment of the Swiss Confederation is traditionally dated to 1 August 1291, which is celebrated annually as Swiss National Day. It has a long history of armed neutrality—it has not been in a state of war internationally since 1815—and did not join the United Nations until 2002
Roman-Catholic 38.4%, Swiss Reformed 27.8%, Non-Denominational 20.6%, Other Christians 5.6%, Islamic 4.9%.
Churches of Christ have worked in the German speaking areas of Switzerland, beginning in the early 1950s when Heinrich Blum, a convert to Churches of Christ, after studying in the United States, returned to Germany with Americans Jack and Joanne McKinney to begin the Zurich church in 1955. They and other missionaries from the United States began churches in Bern (1957), Biel (1961), Basel (1963), St. Gallen (1995), and the Zurich church began congregations in Thun (1975)Schaffhausen (1995) and Luzern (1998). International Churches of Christ have Congregations in Geneva and Zurich.
